The post is full-time but we are able to consider requests for part-time or flexible working. This role will incorporate highly complex psychological assessments leading to psychological formulations of distress; interpretation and opinion; and forming judgements to inform service provision and providing necessary psychological interventions. This will include the assessment and management of more complex presentations. Case formulations will be developed for all children and young people seen, regardless of diagnosis, to inform wider service provision. To be responsible for the clinical supervision of psychologists & assistant psychologists, and supervising and supporting the psychological assessment and therapy provided by other clinical members of the CYP Autism service who provide psychologically based care and intervention.
