Are you an experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or a Specialised Psychotherapist or Family & Systemic Psychologist? Are you looking for a part time role and an interesting change in direction?

The Wellbeing Matters Team at Berkshire Healthcare are looking for an experienced Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join them part time at Band 8a. We also welcome applications from Clinical or Counselling Psychologists for Band 7.

In this role you will provide psychological support to individuals, as well as developing and delivering sessions for teams, both online and in person.

You'll be working as part of an experienced, dynamic and responsive team of psychological practitioners. With no waiting list, you can provide proactive support as and when needed. Our Wellbeing Matters Team work with the latest evidence-based specialist psychological models and techniques.

This is a well balanced flexible role working part time - it includes working on Thursday and Friday. There's travel between sites alongside home working and providing virtual support. You will be autonomous and manage your own diary to coincide with the needs of the teams you are supporting as well as attending team meetings as appropriate.

  • To support the development and delivery of the Specialist Psychological Staff Support Service

  • Provide specialistassessment, formulation and interventions to individual staff, teams and manage

  • As an experienced mental health practitioner, you will direct and supervise junior staff and resources within their area of responsibility and take an active participation in clinical quality assurance and learning programme

  • To communicate specialised, complex and sensitive information and advice to staff members and other professionals, including information about challenging team dynamics or staff psychological wellbeing needs. To provide advice to other members of the service and agencies on their particular needs
