Clinical Development Nurse (RGN) - Oxfordshire

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care for residents in Barchester Healthcare's nursing homes across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will have strong clinical practice, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering the best possible care., As the Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for reviewing and supporting the performance of every home in your region to ensure they are performing to the highest clinical standards. This will involve monthly review of the clinical governance database and KPIs, followed by the identification and implementation of practical strategies to address any issues and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff in each home to plan and deliver key actions, such as organizing new training, attracting senior clinical staff, and conducting clinical investigations. Your strong analytical skills, clinical expertise, and leadership will be essential in driving impressive results.
