Emscote Vets in Warwick are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our team as a Clinical Director whether this will be your first management role within veterinary or you are current Clinical Director/Senior Vet Surgeon looking for a new challenge we would like to speak to you! You will be the clinical lead in the practice, consulting with clients and performing surgeries and this will consume most of your role caseloads range from diagnostic cases, dentistry, soft tissue surgeries, elective surgeries as well as basic orthopaedic surgeries and emergency surgeries working mainly on small animals with some exotics work on small furies. As the clinical director of this close-knit branch team, you will lead, mentor and coach all junior vets in practice, whilst working alongside the Practice Manager to manage the day-day running of our clinic. With the support of the Area Director and Area Support Manager you will help to drive the direction of the business as well as driving sustainability and productivity within the practice, implement new incentives within the branch, help to bring in new foot fall to the business, support with clinical bench marking, financial performance as well as decision making within the business. This position will include working up to 30 - 40 hours per week with flexibility for part time roles and shift patterns being negotiable.
