Full Job Description

You will oversee clinical operations, enforce a team-orientated culture, handle financial/business growth, maximise team capabilities, line manage, hold team/individual meetings, welcome queries and support complaints and ultimately thrive on a pracitce that flourishes within the local community for offering leading services.

We are looking for an experienced Vet or current Head Vet/Clinical Director who is motivated to better patient care and ensure a seamless experience. Proven leadership in a clinical setting is advantageous.

As a Clinical Director, you will share, promote and adhere to the core values/ethos that the practice holds.

A forward-facing, driven and passionate individual would suit this position.

We are currently on the hunt for a dedicated qualified Small Animal Vet to join this brand-new, state-of-the-art veterinary clinic as a Clinical Director.

The team are revolutionising veterinary care by integrating custom technology with a stunning, state-of-the-art clinic to create a seamless and cohesive experience. The business model is designed to ensure an exceptional experience for the clinical team and the clients/patients who walk through the door.

This is a full-time role with a weekend rota in place of roughly 1:6-1:8 which you will receive TOIL for. There are no OOHs with this role to ensure a healthy work/life balance.

The practice:

This is a practice like no other. A genuine spacious and stunning clinic. You will be joining a site with the most advanced facilities yet enabling you to offer the best possible services to clients/patients. The open plan layout will consist of but won't be limited to; consult rooms, separate dog and cat areas, dedicated X-Ray and Dental X-Ray room, ultrasound machines, separate office spaces, digital whiteboards, complete staff rooms and plenty more!

The team:

You will be joining an incredibly supportive Vet team with wonderful Nurse's, PCA's and front of house team to support. There will also be an amazing support system behind you to give you all of the tools required to provide outstanding patient care whilst continuing business growth.

Package:

The team are offering a competitive package with salary of up to £110,000 P/A (DOE). There is a generous CPD allowance, holiday entitlement, whole team profit share and much more!
