Full Job Description

The Clinical Education Specialist - Ostomy Care works closely with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers and our global and regional marketing and sales team. This role has a passion for creating and delivering clinical education materials in a way that is compelling and easily understood by both medical and non- medical audiences. This role will build and curate a robust library of clinical education tools and presentations for our field sales and clinical educators. They will implement a train-the-trainer approach to ensure consistency and accuracy of the clinical messaging across the organization. This role will work closely with our regional field marketing teams to help recruit and manage Key Opinion leaders for local speaker bureaus. They will coordinate various KOL programs and educational events. Success in the role requires the ability to work collaboratively across a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to organize, build and deliver consistently high-quality medical education content and events.,

  • Partner with regions to recruit and manage international speakers' bureau.
  • Oversee regional KOL advisory programs.
  • Build and deliver clinical training materials for HCP audiences to include webinars, innovation sessions, and societal meetings and competency CEU programs.
  • Create and maintain medical education library for Convatec OC HCPs to use in the field.
  • Build and deliver clinical training content to ensure Convatec field employees are consistent and clinical accurate.
  • Partner with KOLs and Director of Medical Affairs on the development of abstract submissions.

    Bachelor's degree - nursing preferred.
  • Key r equirements
  • 5+ years' experience working in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to travel 20%.
  • Experience developing and delivering medical training materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills coupled with results orientation.
  • A passion for public speaking
  • Familiarity and comfortable working closely with medical professionals
  • UK/EU based role, with willingness to flex working hours as needed to accommodate US and APAC time zones., Speaking:YesEnglish
