Full Job Description
Do you have a passion for improving patient care and outcomes through education and training? An secondment opportunity has arisen for a part-time experienced health professional to join our dedicated clinical education and training team. As a Clinical Educator, you will:
Inspire and Teach; sharing your knowledge, skills and passion through the development, provision and review of educational sessions for a diverse group of healthcare professionals and learners.
Innovate and Lead; supporting improvements in patient care and outcomes by providing innovative training, simulation sessions and advise that provide evidence-based clinical training. You will have the opportunity to contribute to improvement projects and audit.
Make an Impact: Directly contribute to improvements in patient care and out comes through providing training for, as well as advise and support during and after emergencies., To facilitate and deliver recognised resuscitation, clinical skills, moving and handling, and simulation based courses, for all staff and learners disciplines within the Trust and assist in the development of in-situ simulation training.
To provide evidence-based competent advice on issues linked to resuscitation & clinical skills.
To be a competent, supportive member of the medical emergency team, taking the lead if required, We would strongly recommend contacting the team for more information and to arrange an informal visit/discussion.
