Full Job Description

You will work with the team to deliver a comprehensive range of teaching to the nursing team at the NOC. This will include 'at the elbow' clinical teaching on the wards, formal teaching sessions on our in-house Orthopaedic Development Programme, and lectures as part of our level 7 Advanced T&O Practice course., Act as an exemplary role model for best clinical practice and Trust values Work to an agreed job plan to maximise education delivery to support staff and patient safety/experience Use expert knowledge to actively promote and contribute to a positive inter-professional learning environment Deliver education programmes at a divisional level and where required cross divisionally in support of organisational priorities.

We are looking for a Clinical Educator to join our Practice Education Team at the NOC. The successful post holder must have completed or be currently working towards a PG Cert in Education.,

  • PG Cert in Education - completed or in progress
  • Experience of delivering informal and formal teaching
  • T&O Experience, You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
