Full Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Effectiveness and the Head of Clinical Systems Development jointly, this post will be responsible for the development of Clinical System tools including templates and alerts to support the NW London Clinical Effectiveness Programme, in both EMIS Web and SystmOne, for the primary care services within NW London. These tools will be developed in line with the already established clinical systems development processes and governance procedures.

The post holder will also develop the related user guidance using a variety of methods including written support and recorded tutorials.

Whether at Borough, Programme Team or another ICB Department, this post will work with managerial and clinical colleagues to develop tools that are aligned to the clinical effectiveness programme against the priority plans previously agreed at Place and ICB level.

Skills of communication, negotiation and partnership working across the key clinical and professional groups will be essential.

NHS NWL ICB is a statutory body responsible for planning and allocating health and care resources to improve the lives of people in eight boroughs across North West London: Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
