As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative input to the clinical excellence function by supporting the clinical approvals and revocations process, clinical registration checking process and clinical and audit case management processes. You will support administration of the Clinical Governance Framework and Training functions. The role will also be expected to provide administrative and reporting duties on clinical matters flexibly based on emerging business needs. Key accountabilities

  • Drive the administration of all clinical standards and wider clinical excellence processes.
  • Lead on delivery of the clinical registration checking process.
  • Lead on administration of the Training function
  • Lead on administration of the Clinical Governance Framework
  • Maintain appropriate record keeping of all administrative activities completed in the department.
  • Managing functional inboxes and communications with the clinical excellence / standards teams.
  • Providing administrative support to the Clinical Compliance process

    In this fast-paced environment, motivation, attention to detail and clear communication is considered essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with MS applications including word, excel and outlook
  • GCSE English Language C grade +
  • Previous administrative role experience
