Applicants will have experience of working in the NHS. There is no requirement for previous experience in gastroenterology. There will be an expectation to attend the F2 teaching program and the gastroenterology teaching programme during the placement . The successful applicant will work as part of the ward team on the 21 bed gastroenterology ward with the team of F1, F2 and IMT trainees as well as the specialist registrars (3 Severn Deanery Trainees and 1 or 2 Trust Registrars).
