Full Job Description

Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow in Anaesthesia and Critical Care based in Bangor, North Wales. Ysbyty Gwynedd Anaesthetic department is looking to recruit doctors in Anaesthesia and Critical Care to join our team of Trainees, Specialty Doctors and other Clinical Fellows working on our resident/on call rotas. The post will involve a mixture of work on a 1 in 8 on call rota.Main duties of the job This is a full time post with out of hour's commitments. The job plan is negotiable, depending on individual's interests and service requirements. As an example, a typical job plan will include:

  • On-call commitment in Anaesthesia / Critical Care / Obstetrics depending on the post holders competencies
  • Daytime clinical work including Anaesthesia / Critical Care / Obstetrics depending on the post holders competencies
  • Professional development and teaching built into each of the above
