Are you passionate about healthcare and looking for a unique opportunity to become a Registered Nurse in just four years? Join our Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship (RNDA) Program at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children , starting in February 2025! This is your chance to earn a salary while gaining hands-on experience in a world-class healthcare environment, ultimately leading to a BSc (Hons) in Nursing and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Throughout the four-year program, you'll grow from a Band 3 apprentice into a fully qualified Band 5 Registered Nurse. The course is demanding and requires a high level of commitment, but the reward of becoming part of a skilled, compassionate team providing outstanding care to children makes the challenge worthwhile. What We Offer :

  • Full-time apprenticeship (37.5 hours per week) combining clinical practice and academic studies.
  • Opportunity to work in a range of clinical environments while learning in an integrated academic setting.
  • Completion of 2,300 hours each of theory and practice, ensuring you develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in your nursing career.
  • Structured support to help you succeed and thrive, including mentorship and professional development opportunities.

    GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C / 4 or above or equivalent, such as Functional Skills L2).
  • 3 A-Levels at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications (e.g. full Level 3 Apprenticeship, BTEC, CTEC).
  • The right to work in the UK and eligible residency status for apprenticeship funding.
  • A passion for learning, compassionate care, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based, family-centred nursing.
  • Complies with the NMC requirement of 50% theory and 50% practice., Qualifications in English, Maths, and Level 3 studies (these must be clearly listed on your application).
