Full Job Description

The post holder is expected to work with the ICC service team based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital site, to optimise the care for people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy by supporting guideline-based redesign of the care pathway for these patients and to deliver the benefits to patients of access to all available treatment options within a defined model of care. The post holder will work in collaboration with the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will be required to take part in audit and produce reports for learning and service improvement. For trainees with the appropriate skillsets, there will also be opportunities to contribute to both echocardiography and cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging.
