    § People with profound and multiple learning disabilities. § People who present behaviours of concern and are at risk of hospital admission. § People with a Learning Disability who require optimisation of their medication in line with the national Stopping Overmedication of People with Learning Disability and/or Autism (STOMP) agenda. § People with a learning disability and mental health problems whose needs cannot be met by other services with reasonable adjustments. § People with a learning disability and autism whose needs cannot be met by other services with reasonable adjustments. § People with a learning disability and dementia whose needs cannot be met by other services with reasonable adjustments. The Current Team comprises of the following Professional Groups: § Consultant Psychiatrist § Specialty Doctor (Vacant) § Resident Doctor (CT1-3) § 2 Physician Associates § 1 General Manager § 1 Service Manager § 1 Advanced Clinical Practitioner trainee § Clinical Pathway Lead (Matron) § Community Nurses § Psychologists § Allied Health Professionals including § Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. § Support Workers § Administrative staff There are no doctors currently in training within the service, however there are plans being made to develop training posts.
