Full Job Description

The clinical aspect will be experience of old age liaison psychiatry within the Mental Health Liaison Team. You will be involved in supporting the learning needs of undergraduate medical and nursing students in clinical placement. Your learning outcomes will be consistent with the requirements of the fellow and the values of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, Fellowship Aims To provide an opportunity to develop clinical competencies related to mental healthcare in an acute hospital setting which are highly transferable for many future career pathways. Specific support provided to Fellows High quality Clinical and Educational Supervision. A programme of organised psychiatry curriculum teaching and participation in trust journal clubs and academic meetings Study leave. The post holder will have a Personal Development Plan that articulates with the clinical timetable. Expected Learning Outcomes: Learning outcomes will be developed which are consistent with the requirements of the Fellow and values of the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.
