Full Job Description

You will be expected to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial, clerical & administrative functions to the W&C Divisional Governance Team including the production of accurate agendas, minutes, reports and presentations. You will also support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.

You will need to be self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will take pride in your work, be highly motivated, professional, and have good organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail. This is a busy role and the workload is varied as we need to respond to changing deadlines so you must be adaptable, have a flexible approach and have the ability to interact with all departments and posts at all levels within the organisation.
