Full Job Description

  • Utilise your clinical background & experience to assess applicants' knowledge, competence, experience and aptitude to determine if they can work safely and effectively in line with NHS and NHSP values.
  • Participate in clinical audit, policy, guideline and process review and utilise clinical expertise to make recommendations for improvement to the recruitment process.
  • Provide peer support to Clinical Interviewers across the organisation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all applicants, internal and external stakeholders.

    To be a Registered Nurse / Midwife with current NMC registration or Registered Allied Health Professional with current HCPC registration.
  • Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development.
  • To have extensive experience working in a healthcare setting at a senior level.
  • Experience of interviewing registered and unregistered healthcare professionals.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and work un-supervised.
  • To demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills.
  • To demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent record keeping skills in line with professional registration guidelines.
  • IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Teams.

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Clinical Interview Team and support us in the recruitment of NHS Professionals clinical Bank Members.
  • Are you a Registered Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health Professional looking to put your interviewing skills into practice? Hours: Full-Time. The job holder will be required to work flexibly between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 over 5 days. Location: Homebased / Remote Working - Candidates can also work from one of our Sites we have offices in Leeds, Manchester and Hemel Hempstead!
