Clinical Lead

As a band 6 clinical lead, you would be expected to work effectively as a senior member of the multi-disciplinary team, to act up in the absence of the ward manager, to participate in clinical supervision and provide clinical leadership in the development of the recovery service for people with complex health needs., To provide managerial supervision to staff and to act as a role model to junior staff. To effectively manage the ward in duties such as safe staffing levels, liaise with all health care professions, speak to family members, ensure effective communication is maintained between all agencies. assist in preparation of duty rotas and delegate ward tasks top colleagues.
