· Managing the nursing and wider team across the home · Rota planning, Audits and working alongside the relevant authorities. · Promote independence and choice through developing relationships with the residents and ensuring that physical, emotional and social needs are met. · Work within the guidelines of the CQC and ensure that their key lines of enquiry are met on a daily basis. · Offer support to guide and teach others in line with NMC code at all times. · Ensure that medication is received, stored, administered, and ordered in line with legislation and company policy.

· Have a live, valid NMC PIN · Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector · All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. · You will have strong communication and organisational skills. · You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest.
