The Children and Young People's Transformation Programme was established in 2019 to oversee the delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan commitments for children and young people (CYP). The programme works closely with the Royal College for Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH). We are seeking a Clinical Lead for Integration to provide expert clinical advice to the programme and specifically support the development of integrated neighbourhood teams for CYP.
