Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Clinical Lead will work alongside healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to elderly residents.,

• Oversee and manage the clinical team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
• Develop and implement care plans and treatment protocols in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Act as a mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and education to enhance their professional development.
  
  Registered General Nurse (Adult) (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
• Valid UK NMC Pin
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain a positive work environment.
