  • Comprehensive patient assessments: Conduct thorough assessments, create individualised care plans, and closely monitor progress, particularly for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic and inclusive care environment
  • Ensure compliance: Uphold high standards of care in line with healthcare regulations and best practice guidelines, ensuring that the needs of adults with learning disabilities are met.
  • Patient advocacy: Act as a champion for patients with learning disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard and their care needs are met.
  • Drive quality improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery

    We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse with a strong background in learning disability care to join our client's team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a dedicated nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. If you're a confident leader with a passion for improving the lives of residents, this opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact., Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD): You are a qualified nurse with a valid UK NMC Pin and substantial experience in learning disability care.
  • Leadership experience: You have demonstrated leadership in clinical settings, with expertise in caring for adults with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication: You can effectively engage, educate, and support nursing teams in providing specialised care
  • Collaborative spirit: Ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless and integrated care for residents.
