  • Provide strong clinical leadership, guidance, and support to a team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and other care staff.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic, resident-centred care, and advocate for the best clinical practices.

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced care environment and is committed to delivering outstanding care to older adults, including those with general nursing needs and dementia. In this pivotal role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, while making a real difference to the lives of our client's residents.,
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Significant experience in nursing home settings, particularly in managing care for older adults and individuals with dementia.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of building and leading effective care teams.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, with the ability to handle complex care needs and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to care.
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Deep understanding of clinical governance and relevant healthcare regulations, including CQC standards.
