As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while supporting and inspiring a dedicated team. • Lead and oversee clinical care standards, ensuring safe and effective care for all residents.

  A registered nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven senior experience in a clinical or leadership role within a nursing care setting.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory standards, and person-centred care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
