Our client offers specialist residential, nursing, and dementia care, within a Nursing Home set in a picturesque Grade II listed country home surrounded by expansive landscaped gardens, offering an ideal setting for residents. They are looking for an experienced and empathetic Clinical Lead Nurse to join their dynamic healthcare team. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will take on a pivotal role in delivering top-notch care and support to patients, while also leading and guiding a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.,

• Administering direct patient care and support while overseeing the coordination of nursing care within the healthcare facility.
• Leading and supervising a team of nurses and healthcare staff to ensure the delivery of superior, person-centered care.
• Crafting and implementing care plans, assessing patient needs, and tracking their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication and seamless care delivery.
• Offering education and support to staff, patients, and their families on healthcare best practices and treatment plans.
  
  Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role, showcasing robust leadership skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional patient care - Minimum 1 year
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in effectively operating within a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
