Clinical Lead (Nursing Care Home) Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey Salary: A£24.00 per hour (approximately A£45K annually) Shifts: Days (8am - 8pm, 3 days on a rota basis) Are you a confident, professional nurse looking to take the next step in your career?   • Prior management or leadership experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
  • Education and Qualifications of our Clinical Lead:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
