Clinical Lead (Nursing Care Home) Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey Salary: A£24.00 per hour (approximately A£45K annually) Shifts: Days (8am - 8pm, 3 days on a rota basis) Are you a confident, professional nurse looking to take the next step in your career? - Collaborate closely with the nursing team and carers to ensure the highest standards of clinical care.

- Strong clinical skills and the confidence to lead a team.
- Prior management or leadership experience.
- Ability to make clinical decisions calmly under pressure.
- Passion for promoting best practices and mentoring others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance. Education and Qualifications of our Clinical Lead:
