Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Clinical Leads Coordinator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. The post holder will provide confidential and comprehensive PA support to the Anaesthetic Senior Leadership Team. To plan, organise, co-ordinate and take minutes for the monthly RHD Audit meetings, Educational Supervisor Meetings and Consultants' Meetings. The role will involve organising meetings, diary management, creating reports relating to clinical governance, inquests, drawing up action plans, preparing presentations and producing policies to support the Clinical Directors, Deputies and Clinical Leads and will require a high level of confidentiality, proactive forward planning, and autonomous working within a highly demanding and pressurised environment. The post holder will be highly proficient in using information and communication systems and technology, with a willingness and aptitude to develop this expertise. Initiate action where possible and report progress as appropriate. Employ judgement to ensure that messages and actions are prioritised and brought to the attention of the relevant persons with any pertinent supporting information. Receive and screen all incoming mail for the Clinical Directors and Deputies. Prepare/commission draft responses as necessary, identifying appropriate action or referral and ensure that urgent matters are dealt with promptly. Initiate follow-up action where necessary. Manage incoming emails ensuring briefings and follow up actions take place and deadlines are met. To carry out all secretarial duties for the Clinical Directors and Clinical Leads including the preparation of highly confidential documents relating to meetings, incidents, patients and staff., Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification applicant pack for further detailed information regarding this role.
