Full Job Description

As a Clinical Locality Manager within our NHS Manchester Talking Therapies service, you will be responsible for the performance, development and wellbeing of a team of PWPs, as well as carrying out your own caseload, delivering a range of NICE approved low intensity interventions for depression and anxiety disorders.

  • You have the skills to manage and lead a team of practitioners.
  • You will be skilled in delivering low intensity therapy.
  • You are passionate about supporting trainee PWPs to develop their clinical knowledge and skills.
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You can think creatively and manage a busy and varied workload.
  • You have an approved Talking Therapies PWP post-graduate certificate.
  • You need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

  • An annual salary of £39,404 (NHS fixed point B6 + 3 years)
  • A fixed-term, full-time contract 37.5 hours per week in line with service requirements and agile working arrangements. We will

  • The role includes a mixture of office and home working. You will also attend face to face meetings when needed and represent
  • our service at community events. Our office base is Oakland House, Old Trafford.
  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years
