Are you looking at taking the next step in your clinical and leadership career? We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, professional Physiotherapist Team manager with proven clinical skills, knowledge, and experience to join and lead our dedicated community intellectual disability physiotherapy team.

This is an opportunity to diversify and expand your skill set as a physiotherapist to work within and across multidisciplinary teams to enable and drive high quality effective, accessible physiotherapy care which is person and family centred.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly motivated leader to make a difference to the lives of our patients.

Therefore, applicants should have:

Proven clinical, leadership and managerial skills to shape and drive specialist physiotherapy delivery.

A collaborative approach engaging team members and others.

An aptitude to promote and maintain high standards of care through excellent communication, motivation, supervision, and support to develop team members.

The ability to provide professional and specialist advice to contribute to service development and implementation ensuring a needs led physiotherapy service based on best practice.

Be able to take part in the on call rota for the unit.
