Clinical Matron

The successful candidate will be somebody who encompasses our Trust Values and will work with staff, to ensure that our services are safe and effective.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of progressive, transformational leadership, to drive a culture of quality care to improve outcomes and experience for patients who use our services., You must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; you should be able to demonstrate your experience of developing a culture of high performance and excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective, day to day management of nursing in your area, to achieve safe staffing levels, deliver key quality, performance and financial plans and achieve service improvements. You will also be expected to participate in supporting the wider operational and strategic management of the Trust. Leadership experience in this specialty would be advantageous but is not essential.
