Full Job Description

To be the conduit between the Care Group Quartet and the front-line clinical teams within their area of responsibility. Skilfully translating the organisational and Care Group objectives into operational reality and leading their implementation across their areas of responsibility.
This role will take the lead on quality, safety and patient experience across St Michaels Hospital. The Clinical Matron will have responsibility for leading the RCHT Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals vision for the speciality, ensuring effective implementation of service objectives within the available resources.
