Clinical Nurse Director (Remote)

Provide leadership and direction for the management, education, training, and development of nursing and social work staff. Oversee daily clinical operations of client programs through the management of the Delivery Managers (Band 8b). Develop the Clinical Quality Improvement Strategy and associated policies to ensure all services are person-centred and meet CHC framework requirements, with a commitment to ongoing service development and quality improvement. Use specialist knowledge and experience of CHC and healthcare services, to assure the Board, Transformation and Commercial Teams in consideration of product development and the expansion of service offerings. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulation is in place and professional development and training opportunities are available, both for registered nurses and registered social workers.
