We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead , innovate and make a real difference to emergency patient pathways and patient care., As Clinical Nurse manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational running of the Surgical Assessment Unit , ensuring high standards of care are achieved and maintenance of emergency access and flow. You will lead a skilled team and foster collaboration across disciplines and drive service development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes., organisation that makes full use of the talents, skills, experience, and different perspectives available in our diverse society.
