Full Job Description
- Lead and manage clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
- Interpret and analyze complex information and manage complex circumstances
- Collaborate and partner with other statutory and voluntary agencies
- Set, monitor, and evaluate standards for high-quality care
- Prepare and present reports at a senior management level
- Set therapeutic boundaries with patients exhibiting challenging and high-risk behaviors
- Work with partner organizations, commissioners, and external stakeholders
- Inspire and enthuse others using advanced communication and presentation skills
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) - Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- Experience in Autism, PICU, and Mental Health conditions
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to change practice, culture, and outcomes across professional boundaries

37.5 hours per week
This outstanding service provides a comprehensive pathway of acute admissions services for a small number of men who have been diagnosed with autism. The focus of the service is on recovery through meaningful engagement and to support residents to live with their condition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and/or learning disabilities nursing and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, personalized care to individuals with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference and enhance the well-being of our service users by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of nursing professionals.,
