Are you a skilled Mental Health Nurse Manager or Registered Learning Disability Nurse looking for your next challenge? Komplex Community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Operations Manager to join our team, overseeing care services across the West Midlands. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care within supported living environments for adults with mental health conditions and dual diagnoses.,

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring outstanding care delivery.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, families, and clients.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Support Workers, fostering a nurturing and engaging work environment.
  • Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards across all care packages.
  • Manage staff teams with a leadership approach that provides clinical education aligned with service needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional service while driving continuous improvements in care quality.

    RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) or RLDN (Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse) qualifications.
  • Experience in managing people, caseloads, CQC requirements, and working within an MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) in the care sector.
  • Strong leadership skills focused on staff development, motivation, and clinical excellence.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands.
