Clinical Nurse Specialist

? Responsible to collect, collate, evaluate and report information, maintaining accurate service user records in all formats, including written and electronic information systems? Responsible to promote choice in all aspects of clinical practice reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the service user experience and enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely by service users and their representatives.? Identify the need for, and contribute to research, clinical audit, and clinical practice benchmarking, in order to monitor and improve service user safety and experience? Responsible for their own caseload and providing expert holistic specialist care to service users, appropriate to their needs, wishes and culture? Responsible for promoting evidence-based practice, working within and developing clinical guidelines and standards and auditing effectiveness.
