Clinical Nurse Specialist

Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a highly, motivated and dynamic individual who is a compassionate and caring individual who has a passion and enthusiasm for palliative care to join our specialist palliative care team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist . The service is Multi-Professional, (with Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietitian and Social Work professionals working directly as part of the team), with nurse availability 7 days per week.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience in palliative/specialist palliative care, who have a good understanding of current drivers in the development of palliative/specialist palliative care services, are eager to be part of a dynamic multi-professional team.
