Clinical Nurse Specialist - Adults

You will play a key role in our organisation working as a part of our operational team based at our local office as well as within our service users homes.

Taking clinical ownership of your service user case load, by creating, managing, and continually reviewing their bespoke care plans, which are all tailored to meet their individual needs.

Working closely alongside the operational team you will lead on the delivery of training for our Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring they are competent and confident in delivering every aspect of their role, including the specific clinical tasks required for each of your services users. Youll spearhead a compliant, high-quality, person-centred care service.

Reviewing clinical paperwork and completion of MAR Charts is an essential requirement of this role, as well as building great relationships with our service users and their care teams., "The Clinical Nurse Specialist role offers nurses the best of both worlds with a combination of office-based duties such as delivering training, supporting the wider team and writing care plans with patient contact where you will spend time in the field building relationships with your patients and their families, developing bespoke care plans and upskilling HCAs to deliver clinical tasks.
