Clinical Nurse Specialist - Cardiology

This is an exciting opportunity to join the heart failure team at Mid Yorkshire Teaching Hospital. Working predominantly within the acute hospital setting, with the possibility of some community work cover.

The role involves clinical and nursing assessment of patients with heart failure. Planning and evaluating care.

Main duties of the job

Perform specialist assessment of patients nursing and clinical needs. Plan, deliver and evaluate care using advanced clinical skills.

Assist in inputting data to contribute to the National Heart Fsailure Audit.
