We currently have a vacancy which has become available for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Clinical Nurse Specialist within the Pain Management Service. Our Integrated Pain structure allows us to meet the needs of both staff and patients, ensuring that is fit for the future for both acute and persistent pain needs., You will be expected to organise your own workload utilising skills to manage challenging situations providing clinical support and guidance in a professional manner. Teaching is a large part of the specialist role, so you will be expected to be able to plan and deliver education packages across both sites to various multidisciplinary teams. It is essential that you can communicate effectively and confidently to create strong professional relationships with various members of multidisciplinary teams within the hospital environment, patients/relatives as well as external agencies.
We are looking for an individual to join our team who will be able to assist in covering all aspects of pain management within the Trust. You will be required to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team including being able to work autonomously, making decisions at times under pressure.
