Full Job Description

The successful candidate will ideally work 37.5h/week as part of the multidisciplinary with the aim of:
+ Taking responsibility for the provision, management of an inflammatory and dermatology nursing service that meets the needs of patients in accordance with national and local polices and initiatives
+ Acting as a key worker for patients from pre-diagnosis and throughout the patient journey
+ Developing strategies and policies for local service development
+ Undertaking of assessments and prescribing within your scope of practice and experience and under agreed guidelines and protocols
+ Providing professional and managerial leadership to the dermatology nursing team
+ Determining the effective use of resources implementing new initiatives where possible
+ Nurturing collaboration and shared decision making
