Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with clinic capacity and the outpatient waiting lists for both new and follow up patients. Ideally the successful candidate will have an understanding of the 18 week and cancer pathways.
You will be working in a growing but busy team responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinical office. You will act as a point of contact for patients, Consultants, Nurses and other departments.
You will be expected to support your colleagues and Team Leader and Service Managers in the Clinical Office completing administration duties.
In order to be shortlisted, you will be expected to provide succinct and cleared referenced evidence which demonstrates that you fulfil the essential requirements for the position.

Candidates are required to have a high level of organisational skills and someone who is good at communicating with a wide range of health care professionals as well as patients and their relatives. Although not essential, knowledge of the Cerner system would be desirable.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Office Co-ordinator to join our Clinical Haematology admin team at St Peter's Hospitals for a fixed-term position to the 30^th September 2025., Ashford and St. Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust serves a population of more than 410,000 people living in North-West Surrey, parts of Hounslow and beyond.
