Clinical Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Norwich for an experienced clinician to join Norwich Place as a Clinical Operations Manager for Central Norwich Neighbourhood.

The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and line management to staff working in the Central Norwich Neighbourhood and clinic-based services within the place portfolio. The successful candidate will support staff to achieve and ensure competencies are maintained in addition to ensuring that the Trust annual priorities and quality goals are embedded within the workforce., The main duties and responsibilities of a Clinical Operations Manager include providing clear operational leadership and line management, developing strong, transparent working relationships with key stake holders including Norwich PCN Neighborhoods, the local acute hospital, Social Services, Norfolk First Support and the voluntary sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional leadership of a defined team, demonstrating a supportive and flexible leadership approach and a proactive, responsible attitude to promote confidence in the team and the service.
