We are currently in search of a dedicated Clinical Placement Facilitator to fulfil a pivotal role within our organisation. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for co-ordinating high-quality nursing, Trainee Nursing Associates (TNA), and Registered Nursing Degree Apprenticeship (RNDA) clinical placements. Your role will involve extensive networking and collaboration with service providers and Higher Education Institutes to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience for our students. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the success of healthcare student placements, annual monitoring processes, and the development of action plans to support students during their placements. If you are an NMC registered nurse with clinical expertise and a passion for education, we invite you to join our team., While this role primarily focuses on non-clinical responsibilities, it holds a critical function in providing support and guidance to both students and clinical staff. Leveraging your clinical knowledge, you will offer advice, leadership, and direction in addressing situations and issues that may emerge in day-to-day settings.
