Full Job Description
Are you a compassionate and experienced psychologist who is ready to take on a leadership role in transforming young lives? We're looking for a Senior Psychologist to join a dynamic team, supporting children, young people, and adults facing significant challenges in residential settings., As a Senior Psychologist, you'll work with a small, focused caseload, providing clinical assessments and interventions tailored to each individual. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of care and education professionals to deliver person-centred support to those with complex needs, including trauma, ASD, mild mental health challenges, and forensic histories.
- Chartered Psychologist status with BPS or HCPC registration is essential.
- Proven experience in working with children and young people with trauma, attachment issues, and ASD.
- Demonstrable ability to manage and supervise other psychologists and associated professionals. This role offers you the platform to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact on the lives of those in your care.,
