Full Job Description

Working as a clinical psychologist in the CAMHS NDC Pathway you will contribute to high quality clinical care and Multi-disciplinary Team working as a key part of our team. The NDC Pathway is a great place to work. The team are committed to supporting neurodivergent children and young people through providing high quality assessments and interventions. Our team consists of Psychologists, Nurses, Psychiatrists, a Social Prescriber, a Speech and Language Therapist and an NDC Outreach Worker. Ideally you will contribute to the assessment and intervention parts of the service. We are seeking someone who is committed to neurodivergent young people, flexible in their approach and works well as part of a multidisciplinary team., In this role you will provide specialist psychological assessments of clients referred to the team based upon the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources. These will include psychological and psychometric tests, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the client's care.You will also make skilled evaluations to formulate and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems.
