Full Job Description

Caring for the health and wellbeing of our people is one of the key themes of our people strategy and a priority for the Trust. We are proud of the comprehensive, preventative and responsive health and wellbeing programme offered to staff which focuses on 6 pillars of wellbeing including psychological wellbeing., You will work closely with senior staff, the wellbeing team and other key multi-disciplinary teams that are pivotal in fostering and embedding a culture of wellbeing, in which our diverse workforce feel supported and well at work., 1. Improving representation at senior levels of staff with disabilities, from black, Asian, and ethnic minorities background, identify as LGBTQ+ and women, through improved recruitment and leadership development
2. Widening access (anchor institution) and employability
3. Improving the experience of staff with disability
4. Improving the EDI literacy and confidence of trust staff through training and development
5. Making equalities mainstream
