Somerset NHS Foundation Trust's Colleague Support Service provides vital support to colleagues across the Somerset health and care system. We are dedicated to reducing distress through preventative and responsive psychological interventions, fostering a supportive and compassionate workplace for all., We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist or Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Colleague Support Service. You will deliver brief, evidence-based psychological interventions to colleagues experiencing emotional distress and help facilitate a culture of psychological wellbeing. This role involves delivering care that is empathetic, trauma-informed, and respectful, while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to staff wellbeing.
