Full Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Clinical receptionist & Booking clerk to work 22.5 hours per week in The Chatsfield Suite at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. Shifts will change between 07:30-15:30 and 10:00-18:00 and the post holder will be required to work Saturday 08:00-16:00 on a rolling 1 in 5 rota.

We are looking for someone who is a people person, whose goal is to make the patient feel comfortable from the minute they walk through the door , with a smile and always willing to go that extra mile .
The successful candidate would ideally have some Camis knowledge, although this isn't essential as full training would be given.
The successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong organisational skills , ability to be flexible and adaptable, have a good standard of education with Maths and English at a GCSE Grade C or above or the equivalent.
Communication skills are paramount and the ability to deal with conflict, difficult and emotional situations would need to be demonstrated.
The successful candidate needs to be confident and competent in using a computer and ideally have a recognised IT qualification, but again this is not essential.
